Nowra offers some lovely bushwalks that are close to town yet give you the feeling of being totally immersed in nature. Ben's Walk from the Showgrounds follows the Shoalhaven river and takes roughly 1 hour. Bomaderry Creek Walking Track takes 2 hours and makes you feel you are miles from town – even though you're not!

Berry, Shoalhaven, South Coast NSW Stroll around the Australian Museum of Flight at Nowra Hill. The Museum boasts a 6,000 m², two-storey exhibition centre, souvenir shop, cafe, function centre, theatre and airfield viewing platform.

Nowra has excellent sporting facilities: eg tennis, golf, swimming, squash, gyms, indoor climbing and more.If it rains, you can visit the movies , or the ten pin bowling alley for some holiday fun.
